Hey there! Dave McHenry here, your go-to guy for all things Tendril™ Ties.
Welcome to our very first blog post as we roll out our shiny new website: www.tendrilties.com. That’s right, folks, the Tendril™ Brand Coiled Ties I’ve been dreaming of sharing with you for decades are finally here, stocked up, and ready to make their way to you!
Some of you might remember KurlyTies, those nifty ties I made and sold way back in the mid-’90s. Well, KurlyTie fans, your patience is about to pay off—I think you’ll agree it was worth the wait!
Back in 2017, I teamed up with the dynamic duo, Paul and Ashley Jankowski, to get www.tendrilties.com off the ground. Things hit a bit of a snag when manufacturing costs decided to play hardball, but thanks to Ashley’s team at Brazen Marketing, we’ve got a killer brand name and logo for Tendril™ Ties. Big thanks to them for letting us keep the dream alive!
Fast forward to today, and thanks to the brilliant collaboration with our managing partner, John W. Norris, Tendril™ Ties are now available in three sizes, with your choice of black or white. And let me tell you, they’re made in the perfect factory. How perfect? Picture this: two employees—a man and a dog. The dog’s job? Don’t let the man touch anything!
We just flip a switch, turn out the lights, and let our Willy Wonka machine work its magic. In the darkness, those little pellets turn into the Tendril™ Ties you’ll soon have in your hands. Pretty cool, right?
We’re officially incorporated as HANDYCOIL LLC, and yes, we’re proud to say every product and material is made right here in the USA. If you’re a wholesaler or manufacturer’s rep, we’re all ears!
Feel free to swing by our web store at www.tendrilties.com. Take a look around, check out what we’ve got, and hopefully, you’ll find something that catches your eye. Tendril™ Brand Ties are as versatile as they come, with endless uses and durability that’ll keep them going strong for years.
Stay tuned to this blog for future posts where I’ll dive into the many uses of Tendril™ Ties, plus share some handy tips on organizing and cable management.
Can’t wait for the next blog post? No problem! Head over to our YouTube channel, TENDRIL411, for videos packed with more info.
And remember, our designs are rooted in biomimicry—just like grapevines, monkeys, and even baby possums. If they can do it, so can you!
